Player Owned Underground NightClub

I wanted to ask if this could be a thing because it will or could help with more rp wise.
Maybe there is a way to let people buy it like a player own store for example like a 24/7 stores or for people who throws events on a daily process. It could be for example, I own a nightclub because its something to chill with friends and family or to celebrate events or people could perform like a rave night. I wanted to bring this up and maybe convince people ideas or thoughts and would like to see this happen in the city for more fun things to do.
