Plastic and Metal gathering in Prison

Suggestion: Utilizing the things we have inside of the prison already IE, the machinery job. Each job could take a bit longer but produce more scrap metal as well as a chance of some plastic byproducts. This would help keep a natural flow of getting some items into the prison, the dynamic stashes to work and help make the prison what the prison should be.. dangerous.

Reason: Apart from trying to get someone to smuggle in some plastic there is literally no way to get plastics in the prison. Scrap is a bit harder to come by. Having lifers make weapons in the prison is one of the more fun risks of being DOC and helps create more of a dynamic of a dangerous environment. Cause sadly, not everyone will respond to a /me holds broken glass piece in hand.
