Plant Food at Prison Commissary

Bring plant food to the commissary at the prison for potatoes.

This could be an easier and less fishy way to obtain plastic for lifers. Have the lifers plant potato seeds, the potato seeds have to have plant food to be able to grow and I am hoping water so that the water bottles can be broken down just like when you water weed plants.

Currently there are 2 avenues for plastic in the prison, 1- get someone to smuggle plastic in, which the charges are steep and hilariously do stop most people from wanting to do it. 2 garden forever for the rare og dumpster weed seed and then plant it, water it. however, with weed being contraband, it nearly gets taken immediately and we cannot water that plant anymore when its gone.

Obvious reasons for plastics in the prison. Either it could be sold in the commissary, or we obtain it just as much as we do of fertilizer.
