Placing Camera Issue

Description:
After trying to place a camera the first time and not being able to due to range/being too high(?), you aren't able to place the camera again due to the blue bubble not showing up. The camera stays in your inventory, but you cannot use it. This issue was reproducable between 4 different people.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Use camera.
2. Be too far away/too far down to successfully put up the camera.
3. Attempt to use camera again.

Expected Behavior:
Blue bubble pop up to place camera.

Actual Behavior:
No blue bubble pops up to place camera.
