Pilots License

I think the pilots license should only be revoked if you get caught in a plane related crime like if you were to get caught doing a job and escaped by plane, stole a plane etc. This would give Pegasus more business but also have a risk reward for crims to look at it as a high risk high reward escape scenario for large jobs. There could be other rules and stipulations maybe bargaining power with the cops to not get it taken away under certain circumstances like community service etc. instead of it being automatically taken away. This would be more in line with real life as you can get a pilots license as long as you haven’t been arrested on drug or alcohol related crimes. (TLDR I think the current system is too harsh on the player)
