Pillbox lockdown not working

Pressing the lockdown button in the Pillbox lobby will not trigger the lockdown. It toggles off though when pressed again.

Reproduce steps:

1. clock in as EMS

2. press button (3-4 times to be sure)

   • Should trigger lockdown (MDT notification, STREETK morse code, etc.)

   • Nothing happens
