Phone Update BUG

The recent changes to the phone allow you to move around / do actions while your phone is open. However in the update post for this is also says when an input is focused controls will be disabled however this does not work.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Pull out phone

2. Open one of these inputs. (Inputs i’ve tried: texting, billing, twitter)

3. Type in the input using a key that has a bind (i.e emote bind, get in car, melee button, etc.)

4. See that these actions still happen though you’re attempting to type on your phone.

Expected Behavior: For your inputs to be restricted into that input field while actually using the input field.

Actual Behavior: Any action bound to any key stroke I use while typing gets accept. (i.e I go to type an amount in the billing and I start running random emotes I have bound.)
