Phone is on Silent Mode when I wake up

Issue Description: Whenever I wake up, my phone is on silent mode so I don't hear texts or phonecalls

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Wake Up

2. Get Textted like 20 times and be hazed for not replying

3. Don't hear or see the texts

What's the expected result? My phone either stays on silent or not if i choose it

What's the actual result? Its always on silent when I wake up but I can turn it off
