Phone app for gangs

An app to have on the phone for everyone to be honest, that is just a shared documents app, that you can share between who you choose, and have people invlved update it

This would help keep info IC, so like, if a gang has their radio compromised, they can update their radio on the app, they can put any information to update fellow members on the app, it helps keep as much information in city as possible
