Pets still give stress relief when miles away from them or even being dead.

I heard that racers will seat their pet next to them while racing for stress relief but I have noticed that you still get stress relief if you forget and leave your pet out and even if it dies and you could be on the other side of the map you still receive the stress relieved prompt effect
