Pet Commands when Incapcitated

Description:
While incapacitated, add two of the commands for player pets.
BRING PET and RETURN PET.

Reason:
When incapacitated, your pet is left behind.
When you get a certain distance, "your pet is dead" but it's still where you left it and will no longer follow commands.
This leads to an awkward situation of you leaving the scene abandoning your pet or spawning a new one and essentially cloning your dog. (also awkward and immersion-breaking)
Being able to RETURN PET or BRING PET so they can follow your body, get in/out of cars will add more depth to scenes and avoid weird situations as mentioned above.

    I don't see a problem with RPing that your dog got into the vehicle or ambulance with you, and going from there that they're with you once you are treated, even that they've followed the vehicle that's carted you off. This way they are free to join you at the hospital and you can be freely given the ability to RP its' feelings towards you as an owner.
    This would help with stray pet models sitting somewhere until they summoned elsewhere, which would be convenient to a point, especially if it's a crowded area so it would be good to change at least for that reason alone.
