Pet Commands when Incapcitated

Description:
While incapacitated, add two of the commands for player pets.
BRING PET and RETURN PET.

Reason:
When incapacitated, your pet is left behind.
When you get a certain distance, "your pet is dead" but it's still where you left it and will no longer follow commands.
This leads to an awkward situation of you leaving the scene abandoning your pet or spawning a new one and essentially cloning your dog. (also awkward and immersion-breaking)
Being able to RETURN PET or BRING PET so they can follow your body, get in/out of cars will add more depth to scenes and avoid weird situations as mentioned above.
