The easy access to planes that already exists, as anybody can lockpick a Private Jet immersion breaking. Any random pulling up to a High-Tech Aircraft and being able to fly it does not align with the level of realism and RP that players are held in the community.

This not only serves as immersion breaking but it hursts the purpose of Pegasus even being a thing. People having the option of just LOCKPICkING any plane makes Pegasus chances of getting any business other than the Legal people that want to get a Pilot's License.

Flying should be really restricted to Legal PILOTS ONLY.

This is an issue itself but I figure I comment here as this is a Pegasus related post.

I think instead of anyone to be able to which could be really bad bc there would be soooo many helicopters etc. Make it harder to lose a pilots license and let Felons of certain crimes be able to still obtain them and keep them unless if arrested in a plane related crime
