PD Should Be Able to get Rental History Subpoenas

Police should be able to get rental history via subpoenas if there is a reportable plate.

If someone has concrete evidence that the renter of a rental vehicle committed a crime, they should be able to report it and have a chance of having the crime solved. This would give more RP for crims, civs, PD, and DOJ alike!
