PD Interviews

A clear and Precise time for interviews.

I totally understand most people dont want to sit and do interviews, but why even call it interview season? People have been waiting days for interviews and most are really eager to join the force, Like i said i get it that people would rather be patrolling the streets rather than interviewing someone but. There has been times where the lobby has about four or five people and its been hours only to see cars going in and out but no hope of an interview. The deadline is saturday and there are many people wanting to at least try and make the cut.

So a set time of each day so people would know hey I have to make this time or else I will not get an interview.
