PayPhones in the Visitation of BollingBrooke Penn./ Door Lock on inmate side.

Suggestion: It would be great to have the payphone back in visitation, as well the door going into visitation on the inmate side would need to be able to be locked.

Reason: It gives long time inmates something to do and contacting friends and families or even their attorneys is a big part of being in the prison, granted they are allowed to make contact with the outside.

As per the door lock going into the visitation, it would prevent inmates from making random 911 calls and harassing people if the phones get re implimented.
