Parts, and Customization Catalogue

Have a catalogue available to all players at mechanic shops to make it possible for players to preview their own customization's before talking to a mechanic about what they want to avoid any confusion about parts, and colors. Also need to add a color wheel to have all kinds of different colors instead of strictly base colors.

I feel this would provide a much needed addition to mechanic shops to avoid mechanics having to roll through hundreds of customization's on people vehicles, and would streamline the process as everyone knows that headaches happen all to often in the mechanic shops, and half the time the customization's are being flipped through to fast for the player to properly see them due to possible headaches.
