Paper bag drop bug

puts something on the ground to pick something up paper bag does not appear and whatever you put down is now gone this is the second time i have had this happen at VPD in minus 1 garage

reproduction steps:
1 set something down
2 Expect bag to appear
3 bag does not appear and collectable or whatever is set down is gone

Expectation: to have your stuff dropped on the ground not gone and taken by the void
was not recording yet but set down a collectable for a moment some one snatched it then put it back down and then the bag just never appeared bag went to the void
