Paleto Bay Trooper Station DNA Swab Machine doesn't work

Steps:

1. Swab a suspect with the DNA Swab

2. go to the evidence lab at Paleto Bay Trooper Station

3. use the swab again to run it

Expected behaviour: Loading bar pops up indicating the swab is being ran and once done the suspects CID pops up on your screen

Actual outcome: nothing happens when you use the swab
