Paint thinner + sulfates used for fertiliser

Selling these Products would be brilliant to have happen because of the fact these are useless if you are not growing your own plants then they are just being wasted and not being able to sell them can just cause money being lost on,, other people can get their own which can also result on money lost.

the paint thinner is pretty much useless at this point originally made for meth but with how everything is now it is not needed for anything people throw it away,, if we could be able to sell it to the local NPC this could help alot of people out due to the fact they have that option instead of throwing it away it gives a reason to dumpster dive more and make money that way as well

please make this be added as itl help encourage more dumpster diving by people and also the resources are still there
