Pacific Standard Hack Bug

Description: The hack involving the Advanced Laptop on the Pacific Standard heist does not work and instead just shows your mouse cursor and freezes your game leaving you with no option but to F8 quit.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Start Pacific Standard Job on LinkUp App.
2. Complete steps leading up to the Advanced Laptop part.
3. Attempt to use Advanced Laptop on designated area.
4. Laptop animation begins, mouse cursor appears, hack does not.
5. Game is frozen, allowing no movement or input, F8 quit.

Expected Behaviour:
1. Use Advanced Laptop on designated area.
2. Laptop animation begins, mini-game hack appears.
3. Complete mini-game hack and move onto the next steps.

Actual Behaviour:
1. Laptop animation begins, mouse cursor appears, hack does not.
2. Game is frozen, allowing no movement or input, F8 quit.

I will attach a video below however I would like to also mention this is the exact same issue that was fixed by Lamb on the Fleeca Drill Hack Not Working where he mentioned the minigame was broken due to an import he depended on being broken.
