Overdue Finance Bug in LSRS App

Description: When a finance is overdue it is not showing as red in the LSRS app. My character works for D8 and has to manually check if people have paid off their finance by asking them to show a picture of their LSRS app. This time when someone sent a photo of it not being paid off , the number was not red and it was past the due date.

Reproduction:
1. Purchase a property with financing.
2. Do not pay it off by the due date.

Expected Behavior: The numbers should show as red in LSRS app .

Actual Behavior: The numbers do not show as red in the LSRS app.
