On Duty Blips

In essence, dynamically generate and remove map blips based on the current status of a business. For instance, if an employee is on duty at Burgershot then the blip will be displayed on the map, with the business name (e.g. Burgershot) followed by "(Open)." If no employee is present, the blip will not be there.
