NPC for USB delivery invisible

I had used a White usb in life invader and when i got to the spot to deliver it to the NPC the NPC was bugged and not visible meaning that my USB was used but I wasn't able to get the malicious from it due to it being bugged having the NPC being invisible. Other bug reports are open for this issue similarly

Reproducition Steps:

1. I am not sure how this happend I just went to life invader uploaded the USB got the location went there and the NPC was invisble.

2. I went back to life invader tried relogging and uploading again but it now just says that

Expected: NPC to be there so I can pay and deliver the USB

Reality: the NPC was invisible and the USB is now empty
