Not showing when cash/bank updates

Normally when we get money added or subtracted from our cash and bank we see it in the top left corner. The past couple days it has not.

Actual behaviour:
You get money and nothing appears in the corner to show your cash/bank to update

Expected behaviour:
You get money and it shows up in the top left the money added to either your cash or bank depending on what it was.
