No Ring sound on Phone Calls

So I'm not entirely sure if I am doing something wrong or something is bugged. But ever since the bug awhile abck with phones always on silent my phone doesnt ring when I am getting a phone call. I get text notification sounds and such but nothing for Phone calls. I have never had a custom ringtone either

Steps to replicate
1. Make sure Phone is not on Silent
2. Get a phone call
3. No sound for the incoming call until I miss it.

Expected result: I should hear a ringing sound when I get a phone call
