new weapons

Update the Weapons in city at this time.

We are about 4 months from the wipe at this point and things have gotten very stale. Would be nice to see new weapons added back like molotovs and explosives.

Maybe even adding car bombs that explode once the car drives past a certain speed would be nice.

Just something new other then autos.
