New Radio Stations App

With the implementation of Echo’s new radio stations. The use of it in Emergency vehicles is not possible so I have been told by Lamb. Would it possible to have a radio station app added to the phone that we can play the same radio stations while the phone is down and others in the vehicle or general area can hear it. Would love to listen to the music in emergency vehicles as well.
