New load location

After noticing several instances of clothing glitches where people woke up with odd outfits, missing body parts, or revealing clothing (like girls with the big bust arms and then their shirt they had one number moved)
I'd like to propose having a clothing store as the one of the load spot. This would help avoid those awkward encounters with others when you're not dressed properly due to numbers being changed in the clothing.
While I can usually fix any issues by quickly changing at my house, some folks might not be as fortunate not have a home or keys to a home yet, and I often see people in various states of disarray.
