New hotel/apartment location

SuggestionsLow Priority

There's a hotel at LSIA that would be perfect for high end hotel or like a medium apartment that's not as expensive as the penthouse. It's called Opium Hotel but with a little work, we can make it the Copium Hotel.

forgot to add: it's also away from the city so it's not cluttering areas with more MLO stuff
