new break cuffs

Description:

Replace the current break cuff skill check with a button masher progress bar.

Basically have W,A,S,D show up on the screen and the player needs to mash it to break cuffs.

Possibly have random combinations where you have to alternate similar to the A & D arm wrestle minigame.

Reason:

Change things up a bit.
