Need an option to sell our cars to a local

Description :

Have a local that you can sell your car too for a certain price (If car is striked, it takes 20k of that half) when u can’t get rid of it. Also have the same local being able to “crunch” VINs. Maybe have a little script to try to sell it to some different locals for different prices or sthg like that could be fun


Reason :

When you have cars you want to get rid, the only solution currently is to put up ads, or sell to TuC. But the problem is that to sell on YP, you need a bit of luck and might never sell it. If you try to sell to TuC, they sometimes don’t even want the car at all, so you’re just sitting there, with a car you don’t want anymore, and can’t even get rid of it. And there’s nothing you can do about it.
