My Motel rent was charged but not extended!

I rented a motel room Von Crastenburg Room #219 for a week.

After that purchase, I paid additionally for an extended stay for another 2 weeks. I got billed but my time extension didn't apply.

1. I rented a Motel room for a week.

2. I tried to extend my rent for another two weeks.

3. I got charged for the first rent and for a two week extension.

4. My rent is valid until 4.1.2024 and not 4.15.2024 like it should be.
