Motel Bugged and gave us the same room

Went to buy A motel room and I bought it at the same time my friend bought it and turns out it was the last room and now we both paid for it and says we both have the lock and can open the door on the app but when I try it it doesn't work and only lets her open the door and I still got billed 750 for it and when I join the sever it says I can wake up in the motel
