Make more bladed, stab capable weapons have the ability to slash tires.

Such as the katana/sword styled blades, switchblade, and dagger.

(Let's be honest, a machete wouldn't be very practical as it can't stab and hatchets are just "sharp" hammers)

Reason: it just makes sense and everyone has a preference to what weapons they would carry.
