More Variety in Local Cars/Traffic

Description:

Make the newer cars from DLC available to spawn as local cars in traffic. The better, and more recent, DLC cars can be made to spawn rarely or only in certain regions or locations.

Reason:

I have experienced other cities which have a lot more variety in local traffic and it makes the vibe of the city much better. Additionally, if you are a crim, quickly robbing a car to use for a store, or some other crime, having a bigger variety of cool vehicles to try and find would improve the crime experience as well.

Context:

Examples would include: Panthere and the other drug wars cars, Rhinehart, Astron and so so many more that I cannot name them all.

One possible argument would be that they don't want local cars to be too strong. However, as they spawn un-upgraded, PD would have no trouble competing with how strong their vehicles are. Plus, I think it would be nice to have a small amount of local vehicles that are actually really good to drive.
