More uses for drug rep

Before drug rep was used to unlock another job and didn’t have a use otherwise except for some small decent perks in those areas. Would be cool if certain vendors were unlocked after achieving x amount of rep. Some ideas would be the vendors that sell things like special fert / or water that players can use to increase the speed of plant growth when watering a plant, being able to purchase syringes, etc.

Example pineapple takes about 5-6 irl days to grow. If you don’t miss a water cycle. being able to cut that down a bit with an item rather than a rewrite would probably have people growing again. Currently the main drugs seem to be meth and coke and not so much the other things.
