More Meth Locations!

Adding a few additional meth material locations!!

Currently there are so many people trying to get meth materials at once, it would be nice to be able to have a few additional locations to get materials from to help separate out spots. Also, sometimes the materials will not spawn at the current locations or if they do I have seen them floating in the sky and you cannot grab them. (I don't have a screenshot of this otherwise I would attach)
