More item clothing

Suggestion Description: Currently if you take off a hat, mask and glasses you get an item in your pockets, would be nice to get more options like that for other clothing parts such as vests, shirt, etc.

Reason: I feel like this can create some cool RP and just a really nice thing to have. I would personally use this for my vests mostly, having a traffic hi-vis for let's say when I'm in the middle of the road trying to block it off and the RP of putting on your hi-vis while also having another vest that is just a normal PD vest for gun fights etc. Right now you can take them off by doing /vest but you can't have 2 vests at the same time which why this would be a great thing to have.
