More information provided on Vehicle app

It would be alot more streamline and easier to gauge when cars are sellable if a ''purchase date'' is provided in the app so that myself and probably many others can see when cars are sellable

additionally: it could be such to show the purchase date + sell dates for each time the car is sold to another person, as a way to track how many times a car has been sold (more implicated for import cars in the future)
