Moonshine rework/revival

Bring back moonshine in a new and improved fashion.

This change would be instead of crafting our own stills and standing around like the days of old, instead it is a public access still similar to how you craft other drugs.

The items we used to need for moonshine like the mash bucket and PH meter could be instead used as an ingredient at the still instead of building one.

Essentially the idea is to craft the moonshine and drop it off similar to cargo, vicodin, etc.

Reason:

Brings back an old job that with the farming suggestion mentioned above would promote player interaction and open up an alternative method of making money.

It also gives us country folk a more immersive method for us to make money with crime.

I think quite a few people would like alternative methods to wash their money that fits their character.
