Suggestion Description:

Moonshine is practically impossible to figure out how to make it a non-afk thing. So, here's my thought to it: Make it so you can only make moonshine once per tsunami. Moonshine can be consumed (maybe make you immediately drunk and blurred vision and stuff for a decent amount of time) or can be sold to players or for a bootleg run. Bootleg runs require x amount (much more than what can be made in a single tsunami, but moonshine bottles last long enough to where someone can reasonably get to that on their own while playing casually). Making moonshine shouldn't trigger a PD alert, but maybe should be done in selective areas (like the woods, makes no sense to be making moonshine at the top of red garage). Bootleg run could be like a two player min requirement where one person drives a semi truck with the back loaded up with their moonshine while another drives a separate car to run ahead and try to keep PD off them. They have to get from the start point to the end point (or do multiple drop off points) in a certain amount of time or else the run ends and they lose time/money it took to make that moonshine. It can high enough to where you don't need to hold W the whole time to make it, but following traffic laws will lead to you running out of time. Can make that a once per tsunami cooldown on the player as well to keep people from having large groups making and running, and the profit shouldn't be too insane.

You can also add a reputation system that increases with successful attempts and slowly decreases with fails. Can also maybe make it so with that reputation you can make more moonshine bottles per tsunami and make it easier to hit the requirement to bootleg. BUT to counter people doing all the crime possible, make it so if anyone tries to sell drugs their bootlegging rep drops to 0. That way people have to make the decision of getting into drug trafficking or bootlegging. If we do add this in, for the penal code we should separate alcohol out from 2nd and 3rd degree drug trafficking and add a bootlegging charge.

Because moonshine is actually fun and unique and should come back in a way to keep grinders from grinding.
