Molotov (Bring back?)

We once before had Molotovs available through a gang, but it would be cool to be able to craft your own, similar to thermite (or added through the gunplug/blackmarket).

If it was the route of making it yourself, when you dumpster dive you receive empty bottles which could be an element to making a Molotov. We could also make a way to siphon gasoline from somewhere like the Oil Fields, as well as possibly adding in a job for the prison of laundry, where people could do work and receive cloth, or piece of cloth which could also be an element into making the molotov.

I think that they were a surprising element of roleplay and it would be cool to bring that back.
