Meth Recipe Machine not working?

So i see this problem is only happening to me because everyone i've asked says it works for them

I go make a recipe, it gets put in my Pockets. I then go to the place to put a recipe in and when i click it nothing happens.

With this problem i literally cant make meth at all

Is there any fix?
