Mech Cleaning Not Working

Mechanic shops have not been able to f1 wheel clean cars.

Clock into mech job
Select F1 wheel

Select clean

Not being given the option to clean OR selecting clean not allowing you to clean car

Expected Behavior: Selecting clean gives the prompt on the car to move her or activates the cleaning emote and cleans car.

Actual Behavior: Selecting the clean car doesn't activate the emote or allow you to clean
