Mecca stashes and crafting table

After CFX outage when people were getting into server Mecca stashes were completely empty as well as crafting table 3rd eye location had moved.

Roughly lost 7,959 materials
Roughly 60 torches

No steps to reproduce

Expected Behavior: Materials and torches to be in stash.
Actual Behavior: Materials and torches no in stash.
