MDT Properties not showing property ID

Description:

Currently, when accessing the MDT to view properties it does not show the property ID. It displays what I would assume is an ordered list followed by the street name of where the property is located. Therefore making the property extremely difficult to identify, particularly if the property is inside an apartment complex, in a row of dense housing, or is a condo.

I believe the intended purpose was for the MDT to display: 
[Property ID] [Street Name].

Reproduction Steps:

1. Access a persons MDT Profile, for example 9999, Killian Luciano

Expected Behaviour:

1. The MDT Would show one result: 547 San Andreas Avenue

Actual Behaviour:

1. The MDT Shows one result: 1 San Andreas Avenue
