Maze Bank shenanigans

I think it would be really cool to have access to the maze bank tower.

If you can fly planes and helicopters then there should be parachutes. The maze bank tower adds a little extra spot to use them outside of grinding for money. On top of that its just a fun spot for dramatic drug deals and silly sideways shenanigans.

It would be a simple teleport from one of the doors at the bottom that lets you out at a door at the top by the helicopter landing pad. If you label it as an elevator its an easy and quick way to add a lot of experiences to this city. A lot of laughs and cool scenes.
