Malicious USB's Boosting Decaying Rate

Making this post in regards to the Malicious USB for Boosting Decaying at an Unbelievable Rate.

It Costs 200 SVC to Make Alongside Spending Another 200-400 SVC on B/A Boosts, I've had this malicious for about a day and a half now and its almost decayed to 0. Is there anyway we can get it changed to decay a bit less?

We already sit hours in a Q to get the SVC Back on the Boosts but it seems like the decay is just put at an insane rate.
