Making Changes for SVC

Ideas to make SVC keep flowing: Recent update was fantastic adding the ability to have 3 Vin Scratches, it reduced the amount of SVC that people were holding onto and the market Increased, right now the market is decreasing dramatically because people again are finding it hard for things to use SVC for so I have spoken to the community and gathered some wonderful ideas which we would love to see implemented.

Idea 1: Exclusive Upgrades for cars which can be only applied at set locations around the city, there are open mechanic shops like LS Customs that can be used for this purpose:

Level 5 Engine Upgrade Cost: 6k SVC Advantages: 4-5Mph Improvement to car speed compared to Level 4

Level 4 Brakes Upgrade Advantages: 5-10% Braking Improvement compared to Level 3 Cost: 5k

SVC Twin Turbo Upgrade Advantages: 5-10% Acceleration Improvement Compared to Standard Turbo Upgrade Cost: 4k

SVC Off Market Wheels: Adding Wheels that are limited to the SVC LS Customs Advantages: Slightly Added Grip which is on par with Endo V2 Wheels currently in upgrade menu Cost: 1k SVC

Idea 2: Ability to convert a vin scratch to a legitimate vehicle for something like 50k SVC for example (Obviously dependent on the value of the car). For example an S class costing 800k stock could be converted for 50k-60k SVC (500k-600k at $10 per).

Nothing too overpowered or substantial but a discount on the vehicle for the effort of gaining it illegally.

Idea 3: SVC LS Customs Garage Repairs:

Premium Repairs: Repairs to damaged bodywork, broken headlights, using high-end materials that outlast standard parts found in regular garages. These repairs make cars significantly more resistant to damage, ideal for frequent racers or those who engage in high-risk driving. Cost: TBD (priced higher than standard garages due to superior materials).

Reinforced Engine and Transmission Fixes: Fixes to the car’s engine or transmission, with parts specially engineered for durability. Reducing the probability of stalls. Cost**: TBD (more costly due to reinforced parts).

Enhanced Wheel and Tire Repair: Tire patching: using reinforced materials that withstand harsher wear and tear. These tires are designed to last longer than standard ones. Cost**: TBD (premium pricing due to durability).

High-Quality Cosmetic Touch-Ups: Cosmetic repairs, such as fixing scratches or dents, using scratch-resistant, long-lasting materials. Cost**: TBD (more than regular garages for higher quality).
