Make Vending Machines work

There are plenty of vending machines around the city, selling coffee, water, food and snacks. It would be really nice, if those would be working. In TSRP for example, the water dispenser and coffee machine requires you to first get an empty cup and then you can fill it with water / different types of coffee. There are a lot of those around, but none seem to work, which is quite annoying, if you are in a place full of machines, hungry or thirsty, and can't pull out anything.
